I had a wonderful stay at Dhulikhel Resort, which is a peaceful hideaway just a short drive from Bhaktapur. The stunning mountain views and serene atmosphere made it a fantastic spot to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though I felt they could benefit from some sound insulation. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of delicious dishes, but the service had some inconsistencies, leading to a less than ideal experience.

My stay at DAC was truly wonderful, lasting three weeks filled with comfort, incredible food, and fantastic people. The rooms were spacious, albeit the duvet could use a lighter option for the monsoon season. The culinary offerings were diverse and absolutely satisfying, thanks to the talented chefs. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable, with special mention to Krishna for his personal touch. Overall, a fantastic place, though it’s best to bring your own lighter bedding if you tend to get warm at night.
